Tomorrow will see the curtain draw on Tennis Victoria Country Week 2019. It’s been a big week but it’s not over yet. After a strong day of play in the last rounds followed by the semifinals, the winners this year will be decided tomorrow at 9am at the Mooroopna Recreation Reserve.
It’s going to be a special day for the ladies from Tongala. Jenny Reid (Tongala) and Yvonne Child (Tongala Green) who were named Tennis Victoria Country Week Legends on Monday will both play in grand finals tomorrow. To add to an already great week, Jenny will be joined by daughter Lisa and Yvonne will be joined by her daughter Sharynlee.
Making their debut this year at Country Week was the Match Makers from Brisbane. You might have seen them earlier this week here. They will play in the grandfinal in their maiden tournament.
