To nominate someone in your tennis community for a Service Award, a member of the Committee or Manager of the Tennis Club, Centre or Association must complete the Tennis Service Award nomination form online and submit for it to be considered by the Board of Tennis Victoria. Your Tennis Development Officer can assist with the Tennis Service Award nomination process.
Nominations will be assessed by the Board on a regular basis. The due dates for each round of nominations are:

Highly Commended Service Awards
An award to recognise those who have demonstrated their long-term contribution to the sport of tennis in Victoria through exemplary service to multiple Tennis Victoria affiliated clubs/centres, associations or Tennis Victoria. Service can be continuous or broken and should be no less than 15 years. Service to other tennis related bodies may also be recognised.
A maximum of ten Highly Commended Service Awards are awarded per calendar year.

Service Awards
