13 year old Annerly Poulos has finished runner up at the Australian Grasscourt Championships held this week at Memorial Drive Tennis Centre in Adelaide.

Poulos who went into the tournament as the top seed was in dominant form all week, making it through to the final, without dropping a set. She dispatched the seventh and eighth seeds in the quarters and semifinals, only dropping 5 games.   In the final she took on Western Australian Crystal Mildwaters.  Mildwater was also in impressive form, dropping only 7 games en route to the semifinals.  Despite Poulos holding a 2-0 record in their career head to head, Mildwater proved too strong in the final taking it 6-1, 6-3.
