Learn 2 Lead Program

Step into leadership with confidence with the 8-week youth program designed for girls aged 14 to 18 years.
THE PROGRAM:
Learn2Lead is a ten-week program designed to equip young women aged 14 to 18 years with leadership skills and confidence to lead change in their local tennis communities.
In addition to the workshops listed below, you’ll also receive support from program facilitators, two learning journey check-ins, plus an online platform with resources and a community of like-minded young people.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
We’d love to hear from you, if you:
- are aged between 14–18 years
- identify as a young woman
- are currently involved in your local tennis affiliated venue/club
- have a nomination from your club president, coach, supervisor or committee member who may act as a mentor and help support you on your leadership journey.

KEY PROGRAM DATES:
Workshops on weeks 1, 2 and 9 are delivered in person at the Australian Institute of Sport (AIS).
There will be an online session to introduce participants to the L2L team on Thursday, 12 March 2026.

FEES:
This program is valued at $2,000 and is fully subsided by Tennis Australia. The participant will not incur any cost.
