Tennis ACT today announced that Libby Minogue will be the key note speaker at the Canberra Women in Business, Sport & Leadership Brunch Sunday 24 March at the Canberra Tennis Centre.

Libby is a natural leader with a real passion for sport and mentoring young women in business. She has more than 20 years’ experience in the media and entertainment sector in Australia and the USA, whilst also currently being a Director of the Tennis Australia Board.
Libby served as the Executive General Manager of Media at REA Group (realestate.com), deputy chair of the International Advertising Bureau (IAB), and National Director of integration and content partnerships at MCN where she worked closely with entertainment companies such as Foxtel, Discovery, the BBC, Fox International and Telstra just to name a few. Prior to this role Libby spent five years at Fox Sports Cable Network, New York in senior sales executive roles.
Libby holds a Bachelor of Business in Marketing and studies at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Libby grew up in country NSW and spent her last two two years of high school in Canberra. She is married to a New Yorker, they have four children and whilst she loves to play sport spends her weekends watching her kids play tennis, netball, cricket, rugby, soccer, rowing and surfing.

During the morning guests will also hear from local athletes from a range of sports. Athletes will be announced shortly.

The brunch is run in conjunction with the free community event ‘Girls Make Your Move Day’ which will provide a vibrant atmosphere with a range of activities on site. After the brunch, guests will be invited to watch elite professional tennis with the Women’s Final of the ACT Claycourt International commencing at 11am.
