ACT players have had a a bumper Aussie summer of tennis with exception results across the board including a number of representative at Australian Open 2018.
Congratulations to Canberra’s Nick Kyrgios, Alison Bai, Annerly Poulos and Tallulah Farrow, who all competed at the Australian Open in both open and junior events. Well done to Nick who won the Brisbane International singles title and reached the 4th round of the singles and 2nd round of the doubles at the Aussie Open. Alison Bai who went down 1st round of the doubles with her partner Zoe Hives, in a very tight 3 set battle, while the pair posted a strong result at the Hobart International making the semifinals. Well done to Annerly who reached the 2nd round of the Australia Open junior girls singles event.
