The past month was a busy time for the Canberra Tennis Centre as they hosted the 12/u and 14/u National Junior Claycourt Titles, the Canberra Junior ITF and the Tennis World Canberra Capital Open. Congratulations to all 4 ACT players who competed in the 12/u and 14/u Claycourt Nationals. Final placings for these players were:

Ashleigh Simes – 11th place

Connor Watts – 15th place

Charlie Snow – 31st place

Sophie McDonald – 32nd place

–  Annerly Poulos – semifinals of the Canberra Junior ITF girls singles

– Jack Tallarida Lyons – semifinals of the 16/u boys singles and runner-up 16/u boys doubles Tennis World Canberra Junior Open

–  Jimmy Fu – semi finals of the 16/u boys singles and winner of the 16/u boys doubles Tennis World Canberra Junior Open

–  Nornaaah Sharmaa – Winner 16/u girls singles Tennis World Canberra Junior Open

–  Sam Bisa – winner 16/u boys doubles Tennis World Canberra Junior Open

–  Ashleigh Simes – winner 14/u girls doubles Tennis World Canberra Junior Open

–  Lisa Mays – gained a WTA doubles ranking for the first time by qualifying for the Penrith and Cairns Pro events

–  Charlie Camus – runnerup 12/u boys doubles Tennis World Canberra Junior Open
