We are currently looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic School Development Coordinator to join the Participation Team at Tennis ACT.

Reporting to the Participation Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract. The School Development Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring schools are provided with opportunities to access programs, professional learning and competition structures to create a tennis culture at the school.

The role will engage, influence, support, educate and develop relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, teachers and students in the sport of Tennis. The School Development Coordinator will contribute to increasing registered players and work towards our goal of ONE million connected Australians.

The School Development Coordinator will develop a strong network of relationships and provide ongoing support to Schools.

Your duties will include but not limited to

• Drive Primary School Competitions – Develop and implement the Primary School Competition pathway in consultation with the Competitions Team ensuring it fits within the broader Competitions strategy
• Support Conferences & Events – Assist with VIP events and at conferences such as ACHPER and Peak, to drive awareness of programs
• Support professional Learning and Education – Provide professional learning and support to Education Managers with the implementation of teacher training and workshops
