Have you got Easter plans yet? Why not pick up a racquet and play tennis with family and friends.
A three-tournament circuit in Tasmania this Easter means there are plenty of opportunities to get out on court.
Launceston hosts the Tasmania Easter Championships, a four-day all-ages event beginning on Good Friday (19 April). This includes the annual Pardey Shield play-off, a prestigious event to crown the top Tasmanian school-age player.
Junior tournaments bookend the Tasmania Easter Championships, beginning with the Stringlab State Age Championships in Hobart from 14 April and concluding with the Tasmanian State Championships in Burnie from 23 April.

Social media competition
All competing players are encouraged to share their Easter in Tassie experience on social media – both on and off the court. To have the chance to win great prizes, use the hashtags #eventstasmania and #discovertasmania on posts. Tournament directors will select one winner from each tournament, with all winners to be announced at the end of the State Championships on 26 April. Get creative and have some fun!
