Maccabi Tennis Hot Shots Challenge

On the 29th July, the Hot Shots action shifted to the Eastern Suburbs at Maccabi Tennis White City, with more than 30 kids participating in a fun packed Red Ball Challenge. All players received a participation certificate and a gift pack of tennis goodies courtesy of Maccabi Tennis sponsor 1^st Street. Steve Loeffler from Maccabi Tennis commented, “it is great to see so many kids having fun playing in one of their first tennis competitions. The emphasis is on fun, participation and being a good sport. It is just so good to see all the kids getting great rallies and understanding the game of tennis. We run the Red Ball Challenges each term as an introduction to competition tennis and a feed in to our weekly Hot Shots Comp.”
