Tennis Palmerston representatives Matt Giess and Molly Fuge were on hand to collect the winners prize for the NT Club with the most points in the AO Blitz – Top Club competition, which was presented during the Australian Open.

However Tennis Palmerston didn’t have it all their own way on the NT leader board, with the Alice Springs Tennis Association closing in quickly on the final days of the competition.  Tennis Palmerston finished in sixth position, just one place ahead of Alice Springs.

For their efforts Tennis Palmerston was awarded with the ultimate club package consisting of:
> A 40 inch Hisense Plasma Television
> A Camera Plate signed by a player at the 2014 Australian Open
> Corporate Hospitality and Hisense Arena tickets during the Australian Open
> New signage for the Club premises
> An iPad 2 for the Club coaches
> Accommodation and Flights
