Tennis NT Board Nominations
Tennis NT has a fully independent Board of Directors with the overall aim to support the growth of tennis throughout the NT.
There are three Director positions up for election at the upcoming AGM on Saturday 11 November, 2023. They are all for a tenure of two years.
Nominations will be accepted until the deadline of Saturday, the 4th of November.
To nominate for the Tennis NT Board you must:
- Supply a completed Director Nomination Form, which has been signed by a nominator and a seconder, both of whom shall be member delegates but not from the same member club. Member delegates are listed below.
- Agree to abide by the Directors Code of Conduct.

- Greg Dickson – Katherine Tennis Club
- Nicola Mayer – Gove Peninsula Tennis Club
- Steve Ward – Palmerston Tennis Club
- Ben McLaughlin – Top End Multi Sports
- Bryan Dowling – Gardens Tennis Club
FAQs:
- Board Members must reside in the Northern Territory.
- The minimum meeting cadence is four meetings per year (quarterly meetings), however in Dry Season the meeting cadence is typically every six weeks.
- Meetings are typically held on a Monday evening outside of office hours.
- Board Members may attend Board meetings remotely or in-person. In-person attendance is at the Tennis NT office in Darwin.
