Court Hire

GENERAL

The courts are sand-based artificial grass.  There is ample car parking available.  Bench seats and tables are provided, but at this stage, no BBQ or childrens’ playground facilities are available as yet.  Hire does not include access to the KTC Clubrooms. A toilet is located at the end Clubhouse – an access key is provided with the court keys.

COSTS

Note that NIGHT rates and conditions apply whenever you book the courts for a time period during which you require the court lights to be turned on for any part of that time.

CONDITIONS FOR HIRE

• Proper tennis shoes must be worn on the courts
• NO SMOKING, food or drinks on the courts
• Rubbish to be removed and placed in bins provided
• A deposit on keys may be required
• Some or all of the key deposit may be withheld if these conditions are not observed by all players using the hired court/s.
• When finished playing, gates must be locked, lights (if used) turned off, toilet locked and keys returned no later than next day

The courts are available for public hire at any time other than when required for official Club competitions and coaching.

The courts may be hired for juniors, but must be under the full-time supervision of at least one adult.

Club membership is not required for casual court hire, but is recommended for players regularly hiring the courts.

Regular and permanent bookings can be made however you should contact the Club Secretary (02) 4369 4160 prior to making a regular or permanent booking to ensure that the required time slot is available.

LOCATION

Our courts are located at the Ozanam Recreation Area, McKillop Road, South Kincumber (there is a right-turn lane into the parking area). Click here for to see a map showing the location of the courts
