Presidents Report

It has been an honor to serve the Clyde tennis club as President for the last twelve months and I would like to thank the executive committee for their assistance in running this fine club.

A special mention to Ian Gardiner (secretary) for his attendance at meetings and functions with the city of Casey plus his correspondence with the many organizations.

Another person I would like to thank is our Treasurer and maintenance man  Vaughan Smith for his Professionalism in keeping  our books and club appearances up to scratch.

The CTC committee would also like to thank Casey’s junior citizen of the year Ben Hill for his assistance and ongoing help with the City of Casey.

Peter Cox has taken on the difficult task as junior coordinator this season. With the help of our junior committee we have three teams in the BDTA competition .  All going well we hope to have a couple of teams playing finals.

Three senior teams were entered in the WDTA for the winter season with one team making the finals  The future looks very promising with the establishment of housing estates in our immediate area, so advertising is our priority within the next twelve months.

Achievements
