There has been positive momentum across affiliated metro and regional clubs and local councils in Western Australia after the release of the latest 2026 Tennis West Customer Satisfaction\u00a0(CSAT) Report.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

The highlight was WA overall satisfaction increasing to 7.6 (up +0.6 from 2025),\u00a0driven by a greater proportion of \u2018satisfied\u2019 respondents across both clubs and councils.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The results signal positive momentum in service delivery and relationships between Tennis West and clubs and councils.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The CSAT\u00a0is a national report that\u00a0is\u00a0sent to tennis clubs and councils\u00a0across all states and\u00a0territories\u00a0every year and is\u00a0designed to measure customer satisfaction\u00a0and customer experience with Tennis West.\u00a0Overall, a total of 95 clubs and councils completed the CSAT survey.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Club satisfaction reached 7.9 \u2013 the highest score in 8 years \u2013 with strong recognition of funding support, operational guidance,\u00a0staff\u00a0engagement\u00a0and relationship\u00a0and communication.\u00a042% of respondents were extremely satisfied (up from 27% in 2025) and dissatisfied dropping from 26% to 19%.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

WA sits on par with the national average and is ahead or on par with other states such as Queensland (7.9), Victoria (7.7)\u00a0and South Australia (7.7).<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Tennis West CEO Olivia Birkett praised the team\u2019s hard work\u00a0over the past year.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThe team has worked incredibly hard to drive\u00a0engagement\u00a0with clubs and councils. The use of the HIT tool to\u00a0facilitate\u00a0club conversations and create action plans, as well as the introduction of Local\u00a0Government\u00a0Action Plans, has seen our CSAT increase meaningfully.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
