The quality and depth of candidates demonstrated the strong commitment within the community to the ongoing success of tennis in Western Australia.<\/p>\n<p data-ogsc=\"rgb(117, 117, 117)\">Tennis West is delighted to welcome experienced external professionals to these committees. While coming from diverse personal and professional backgrounds and offering a wide range of skills and perspectives, all new members share a passion for tennis and community sport. Their expertise will further strengthen governance, financial and risk oversight and people\u2011focused leadership across the organisation.<\/p>\n<p data-ogsc=\"rgb(117, 117, 117)\">Chief Executive Officer Olivia Birkett said the appointments reinforce Tennis West\u2019s commitment to best\u2011practice governance: \u201cThese appointments add valuable depth and perspective to our committee structure. She holds an MBBS and PhD from the University of Melbourne and is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians, the Cardiac Society of Australia and New Zealand, and the European Society of Cardiology.<\/p>\n<p data-ogsc=\"rgb(117, 117, 117)\">Jenny has held significant leadership roles, including Director and Head of Cardiology at Joondalup Health Campus (2012\u20132025), and has extensive board experience with the National Heart Foundation and the Cardiac Society of Australia and New Zealand. She has also chaired key committees spanning heart health, education, and equity, diversity and culture.<\/p>\n<p data-ogsc=\"rgb(117, 117, 117)\">She is currently a Cardiologist with Advara Heart Care and an Adjunct Clinical Professor at Curtin University. Jenny brings a thoughtful, strategic perspective and a strong commitment to good governance, excellence and community impact. Jenny is the current President of Mosman Park Tennis Club.<\/p>\n<p aria-hidden=\"true\" data-ogsc=\"rgb(117, 117, 117)\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p data-ogsc=\"rgb(117, 117, 117)\"><strong data-ogsc=\"\">Kirsty Read<\/strong><br \/>Kirsty Read is an experienced sports administrator, currently contributing to the growth and development of swimming in Western Australia through her role with Swimming WA. She brings a strong background in stakeholder engagement, operations, and program delivery, with a focus on supporting athletes, clubs, and the broader community.<\/p>\n<p data-ogsc=\"rgb(117, 117, 117)\">Kirsty has extensive experience leading and managing complex, multi-disciplinary teams, often working across diverse stakeholder groups. Her approach balances strategic direction with practical implementation, ensuring alignment between organisational objectives and on-the-ground delivery. She is recognised for her collaborative leadership style and commitment to building inclusive, high-performing environments. Kirsty has played a key role in strengthening participation pathways and organisational capability, working closely with stakeholders to deliver sustainable and community-focused outcomes.<\/p>\n<p data-ogsc=\"rgb(117, 117, 117)\">Kirsty brings lived experience with sport governance, alongside experience in people and culture practices that support effective leadership, workforce development, and positive organisational culture. She is committed to fostering environments that enable both participation and performance, underpinned by strong governance and clear accountability.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<table border=\"0\" width=\"100%\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td valign=\"top\">\n<table border=\"0\" width=\"100%\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\" align=\"left\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td valign=\"top\" data-ogsc=\"rgb(117, 117, 117)\">\n<div data-ogsc=\"\"><span data-ogsc=\"\"><strong data-ogsc=\"\">Finance, Audit, Investment and Risk (FAIR) Committee<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<p data-ogsb=\"rgb(250, 248, 255)\" data-ogsc=\"rgb(117, 117, 117)\"><br \/><strong data-ogsc=\"\">David Alan Creamer<\/strong><br \/>David Creamer is a senior treasury and risk management professional with more than 25 years\u2019 experience across banking and financial institutions predominantly in Australia, South Africa and sub-Saharan Africa.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p data-ogsb=\"rgb(250, 248, 255)\" data-ogsc=\"rgb(117, 117, 117)\">He specialises in liquidity and capital management, foreign exchange and interest rate risk management, and financial risk governance.<\/p>\n<p data-ogsb=\"rgb(250, 248, 255)\" data-ogsc=\"rgb(117, 117, 117)\">Most recently, David served as Treasurer at P&amp;N Bank, where he oversaw capital management, liquidity and funding, bank investments and balance sheet risk reporting. He has held senior roles with Barclays Africa (Absa Capital) and Standard Bank, with experience spanning internal audit, treasury management, risk management and FX trading, across multiple markets.<\/p>\n<p data-ogsb=\"rgb(250, 248, 255)\" data-ogsc=\"rgb(117, 117, 117)\">David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computational and Applied Mathematics, and GARP Risk certifications, and brings strong expertise in regulatory operations, market operations and financial risk management.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p data-ogsb=\"rgb(250, 248, 255)\" data-ogsc=\"rgb(117, 117, 117)\">David has a long history as a tennis player and coach, and he and his family are members of Port Bouvard Recreation and Sporting Club.<\/p>\n<p data-ogsc=\"rgb(117, 117, 117)\"><strong data-ogsc=\"\">\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-ogsc=\"rgb(117, 117, 117)\"><strong data-ogsc=\"\">Mark Trevaskis<\/strong><br \/>Mark Trevaskis is a senior development and project management leader with extensive experience delivering major land development and infrastructure projects across Western Australia, including Transforming Bunbury\u2019s Waterfront and Mandurah Junction.\u00a0\u00a0He currently leads regional development teams at Development WA, overseeing significant residential and industrial projects.<\/p>\n<p data-ogsc=\"rgb(117, 117, 117)\">Mark has held multiple senior roles within Development WA (formerly LandCorp), managing large portfolios of land development programs, infrastructure assets and stakeholder partnerships. He holds postgraduate qualifications in economics, business administration and development planning, and brings deep experience in delivering complex government\u2011led development projects.
