The top ranked spot is well deserved after an impressive year so far. Hiramatsu won the 2025 WA Open and won the Karen Bucens Award at the Tennis West Awards Night in May. Hiramatsu also plays for last years premiers Hensman Park in the Women\u2019s State League competition.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:0}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Cottesloe\u2019s <strong>Elena Manoj<\/strong> is also one to look out for after an impressive year thus far with results. Manoj won the 2025 Champion of Champions Singles title representing Cottesloe. Elena has been incredibly consistent, rarely losing a singles tie in last season\u2019s Women\u2019s State League.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:0}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Dalkeith\u2019s <strong>Isabelle Criddle<\/strong> has entered and has had an impressive start to her State League campaign, winning her last two singles ties. <strong>Claudia Shearwood<\/strong> will also contest having played for Royal Kings Park in the Women\u2019s State League.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:0}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">There will also be a strong contingent of Junior State League players in the tournament with <strong>Sheryl Halim<\/strong> (UWA in both Women&#8217;s &amp; Girl&#8217;s State League), Cottesloe pair <strong>Jasmin Heapes<\/strong> and younger sister to Elena, <strong>Mayla Manoj<\/strong>, while many others will look to contest as qualifiers to progress into the main draw.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:0}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">In the boy\u2019s competition, Alexander Park\u2019s <strong>Nemanja Savic<\/strong> goes into the draw as the number one ranked player. Savic has played multiple seasons for Alexander Park and has experience against quality opposition. Savic also played in the 2025 WA Open where he made the second round. He is closely followed by Men\u2019s State League UWA pair in <strong>Ethan Reed<\/strong> and <strong>Ben Galvao<\/strong> who will both be a big chance to go far in the tournament.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:0}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Also in the draw is Hensman Park\u2019s <strong>Aidan Chan<\/strong>. Chan has represented WA and Australia this season and will be one to watch.\u00a0 <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:0}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Other up and coming WA players include <strong>Suyash Makesar<\/strong> (Greenwood), <strong>Sam Mitchell<\/strong> (Cottesloe) and <strong>Marc Sutisna<\/strong> (Cottesloe). Like the girls, the final spots in the main draw will be determined on Monday and Tuesday with the qualifiers where we will see more WA players vying for a spot in the main draw.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:0}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The ITF J30 Perth Junior International\u00a0begins on Monday with qualifying matches and the main draw starting on Wednesday.\u00a0 <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:0}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Featuring over 800 tournaments in 140 countries, the Tour sees players compete across six levels of tournament \u2013 from J500 through to J300, J200, J100, J60 and J30.
