Known affectionately as the club\u2019s \u201c365-day Busy Bee man,\u201d Ian is a tireless volunteer whose skills, dedication, and can-do attitude make him an indispensable part of the club community. For his incredible hands-on contributions and selfless commitment, Ian Parsons has been named Tennis West\u2019s Club Corner Volunteer of the Month.<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Described by his fellow members as a \u201cnever say no\u201d volunteer, Roo is the go-to person for just about anything that needs doing; from fixing and building to polishing and painting. With his practical know-how and unmatched willingness to help, he keeps the club in top condition year-round, saving the club an enormous amount of money by eliminating the need for tradespeople.<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Ian\u2019s impact goes beyond tools and repairs. His quiet commitment, reliability, and pride in his work foster a sense of community and care at Higgins Park. His presence ensures the club runs smoothly, looks great, and continues to be a welcoming space for players and visitors alike.<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Whether it\u2019s routine maintenance or a major project, Roo approaches every task with enthusiasm and humility.
