Tennis West is thrilled to announce a new partnership with Kinetic, Australasia\u2019s leading bus operator.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

This exciting partnership will see Kinetic as a Support Partner for the Tennis West Red Ball Competitions and the Tennis West Schools Classic. The partnership will focus on providing schools the support to attend our school-based events and further enhance the connections between schools and clubs.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The Tennis West Red Ball Competitions are interschool, team based competitions that act as a first touch point of the game for many students and ensures a fun and positive tennis experience. The Red Ball Competitions are run in October through December.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The Schools Tennis Classic is the largest participation tennis tournament in Western Australia and has been running since 1935. It is an interschool teams event catering to both Metropolitan Country schools across Western Australia.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0The event includes three major events: The Slazenger Cup (incorporating the Mursell Shield) and the Herber Edwards Cup for secondary student and the Academy Plater for primary students. The Academy Plate is a competition for mixed boys and girls teams from years 3 through 6.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Tennis West Head of Marketing, Partnerships and Communications Travis Kalin, expressed enthusiasm about this partnership, emphasising the importance of supporting schools and local clubs.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cTennis West is delighted to have Australian leader Kinetic join the tennis community.\u201d Kalin said.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThis partnership not only enhances our events but also strengthens ties with schools and local clubs.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThese two events are pivotal to tennis thriving in Western Australia and to have the support of Kinetic will allow more schools to participate in the events.\u201d<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Executive General Manager for Western and Central Australia, Sarah Ismail said Kinetic was proud to be associated with Tennis in Western Australia.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cWe regularly transport students to and from competitions and through this partnership we can provide even greater support to schools, students and tennis clubs,\u201d she said.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
