This is the result of the need to reestablish the footprint of this competition to play a pivotal role in the development of our high-performance players, clubs, coaches, umpires, and officials. Tennis West has identified the need to create a competitive tennis product this is going to drive the marketability and sustainability of Western Australia\u2019s top tennis competition.<\/p>\n<p>After a thorough consultation process with existing and interested clubs the future of State League was voted on by the stakeholders to remain as a men\u2019s and women\u2019s competition with six teams in each league. The interested clubs received a nomination period that was open for three weeks and clubs were requested to submit a formal application.<\/p>\n<p>In consultation with the State League working group, it was determined that the selection criteria would consist of the breakdown of -Strength of Team 40%, Game Day Offerings and Marketing 35%, Sponsorship 15% and Club Capability and Readiness 10%.<\/p>\n<p>For the 2023\/24 Tennis West State League Men&#8217;s the following teams have been granted teams to compete.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Alexander Park Tennis Club<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Blue Gum Park Tennis Club<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Cottesloe Tennis Club<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Mt Lawley \/ Sorrento Tennis Clubs<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Peppermint Grove Tennis Club<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>UWA Tennis Club<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Six Women\u2019s teams that will be competing in the upcoming 2023\/24 Tennis West State League are.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Applecross Tennis Club<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Alexander Park Tennis Club<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Dalkeith Tennis Club<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Hensman Park Tennis Club<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Peppermint Grove Tennis Club<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Royal Kings Park Tennis Club<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tennis West would like to thank all the clubs that have submitted nominations.
