(Tennis Victoria) was held on Wednesday 3 October at Royal South Yarra Lawn Tennis Club.<\/p>\n<p>They key outcomes of the AGM were:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The AGM re-elected David Stobart as President.<\/li>\n<li>The AGM re-appointed James Copes as Treasurer (unopposed).<\/li>\n<li>The Tennis Victoria Council re-elected Gary Clark and elected Robert Jamieson as its Directors to the Board.<\/li>\n<li>The AGM passed a Special Resolution to accept a new\/updated Tennis Victoria Constitution<\/li>\n<li>The <a title=\"Tennis Victoria Annual Report 2011\/12\" href=\"http:\/\/www.tennis.com.au\/vic\/doc\/tennis-victoria-annual-report-201112\">2011\/12 Annual Report<\/a> was accepted.
