The 2012 Annual General Meeting of the Victorian Tennis Association Inc. (Tennis Victoria) will be held:<\/p>\n
Where:<\/strong> When:<\/strong> Time:<\/strong> Persons entitled to attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting are the Officers of Tennis Victoria and the Members of Tennis Victoria, i.e. an authorised and registered representative of each directly affiliated Club, Association, Commercial Centre or School.<\/p>\n View registered Member representatives<\/a>.<\/p>\n Notice of this meeting and details of how to register to attend and vote at the AGM 2012 \u2013 and a call for nominations for the positions of President, Treasurer, and Council Directors (x 2) plus a call for nominations for delegates for TV Council 2012\/13 \u2013 were provided in a detailed correspondence pack posted to the Secretaries of all affiliated Member bodies on 23 August, 2012.<\/p>\n Further to this, correspondence detailing\u00a0a notice of motion to adopt a new Tennis Victoria Constitution at the Annual General Meeting 2012 was\u00a0posted to the Secretaries of all affiliated Member bodies on 7 September 2012.\u00a0<\/p>\n Within this, Secretaries were referred online to view the Current Constitution and\/or the\u00a0Recommended New Constitution if they so wished (an option for\u00a0obtaining a hard copy\/ies was also provided).<\/p>\n Please see below for copies of both documents:<\/p>\n The 2012 Annual General Meeting of the Victorian Tennis Association Inc.
