The impressive fortnight adds to an outstanding 11–1 run at ITF level and builds on the momentum of his two UTR Pro Series titles earlier this year.

Aguiard’s tennis journey began at just five years old at Royal Park Tennis Club, where his passion for the sport was first sparked. His pathway has since taken him across the globe and in June 2021, leading him to make the 15,288 km move to Tuscaloosa, Alabama, to attend University of Alabama, where he played college tennis.

Back home, Aguiard has trained extensively under respected Melbourne coach Michael Logarzo, continuing to base himself between Royal Park Tennis Club and Royal South Yarra Lawn Tennis Club. His junior career also showed early promise, peaking with a career‑high ITF Junior Singles Ranking of No. 203 on 3 February 2020.

Despite grass being his preferred surface, Aguiard has recently shown remarkable adaptability with standout performances on hard courts. His run in both Burnie and Timaru demonstrated maturity, resilience, and a growing competitive edge on the pro tour.

From late February to early March, Aguiard competed at the M25 Burnie, which featured a strong acceptance list packed with Australian contenders, including notable names such as Pavle Marinkov and Omar Jasika. Aguiard breezed through the early rounds of the tournament and advanced to an all‑Aussie final against Li Tu, where he delivered a convincing performance to claim a 6–3 6–4 victory.

At the M25 Timaru, Aguiard continued his impressive form with another successful run. After receiving a walkover in the semifinals, he progressed straight through to the final, where he once again faced a fellow Australian, Tai Leonard Sach. In a determined three‑set match, Aguiard secured the title with a 6–3 6–7 6–0 win.

Aguiard’s two title wins, his rapidly improving form, and his growing confidence on the international stage reinforce his status as a player to watch in Victorian tennis. With determination, a strong support base, and notable early‑season success, Enzo Aguiard is establishing himself as one of the emerging talents on the pro circuit, and we can’t wait to see what his next chapter holds.

Enzo Aguiard continues to make a statement on the international tennis stage, securing back‑to‑back ITF M25 singles titles in Burnie and Timaru

[1

post-43601","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-news
["GET
