Tennis Victoria Premier League, the premier inter-club tennis competition in Victoria has a new home in the calendar with the next season to commence in March 2025.<\/p>\n
Moving away from it’s typical November timeslot, with ever increasing professional tournaments and prize money opportunities available to players, the decision was made in conjunction with participating clubs that March was a more sustainable, long-term option for the competition. The new timeslot will encourage greater participation from some of the best players in the country, which will further improve the quality of the competition.<\/p>\n
Round 1:<\/strong> Saturday 22nd March<\/p>\n Round 2:<\/strong> Sunday 23rd March<\/p>\n Round 3:<\/strong> Friday 28th March<\/p>\n Round 4:<\/strong> Saturday 29th March<\/p>\n Round 5:<\/strong> Sunday 30th March<\/p>\n Grand Final:<\/strong> Friday 4th April<\/p>\n Tennis Victoria Premier League is where high-profile players compete for their clubs and battle it out for a total prize money pool of $30,000 in the men\u2019s and women\u2019s league. Premier League is the best opportunity in Australia for professional and aspiring professional tennis players to play in a team format.<\/p>\n Previous seasons of Premier League have attracted top professional players such as Storm Hunter, Daria Saville, Alex Bolt and Jaimee Fourlis.<\/p>\n The 2025 edition will again be run with the Super Round format, with all matches in one round taking place at a host club, providing a fantastic opportunity for clubs to showcase themselves.
