Through his vision and dedication, Jason has transformed the tennis programs, making them more accessible, engaging, and beneficial for players of all ages and skill levels.<\/p>\n<p>Under Jason\u2019s guidance, Northcote Tennis has seen a resurgence in participation and interest. His innovative coaching, business re-branding, and management methods, combined with a strong emphasis on inclusivity and community engagement, have attracted a new and diverse range of players to the 6-court facility.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Throughout the covid lockdown years and during the past 2+ years of issues with access to the courts with a major aquatic centre construction next door, Jason has been committed to expanding the range of programs ensuring that there is something available for everyone.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Alongside the regular coaching programs such as junior lessons, Hot Shots, Junior Development Squads, Holiday Clinics, Cardio Tennis and Adult group lessons, Jason has introduced a broad range of initiatives. These include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Regular UTR junior tournaments.<\/li>\n<li>Weekly UTR Junior Match play events.<\/li>\n<li>Weekly Hot Shots internal match play compeition.<\/li>\n<li><i>No Limits <\/i>Girls Squads.<\/li>\n<li>Free \u2018<i>Come \u2018n Try Cardio Tennis\u2019 <\/i>8 week program.<\/li>\n<li>Re-introducing junior Saturday morning competition with NEJTA &amp; growing it from 1 \u2013 5 teams in less than a year.<\/li>\n<li>Adult Social Tennis Nights.<\/li>\n<li>Free family open days.<\/li>\n<li>Racquet Demo days.<\/li>\n<li><i>\u2018The Northcote Games\u2019 <\/i>\u2014 A multi-sport annual event for local kids to come and be active.<\/li>\n<li>Social Events for the community such as the <i>\u2018Parents &amp; Kids Doubles Slam\u2019, \u2018Wimby Whites\u2019 <\/i>and <i>\u2018Retro Round Robin\u2019 <\/i>days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Jason\u2019s dedication to Northcote Tennis\u2019s growth is evident in the vibrant programs and welcoming and supportive atmosphere he\u2019s cultivated.<\/p>\n<p>Through these comprehensive offerings, Jason has revitalized tennis at Northcote, fostering an inclusive community that continues to thrive.
