{"id":29784,"date":"2023-02-27T14:52:15","date_gmt":"2023-02-27T03:52:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tennis.com.au\/vic\/?p=29784"},"modified":"2023-10-21T00:38:11","modified_gmt":"2023-10-20T13:38:11","slug":"february-affiliate-of-the-month-heatherdale-tennis-club","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tennis.com.au\/vic\/news\/2023\/02\/27\/february-affiliate-of-the-month-heatherdale-tennis-club","title":{"rendered":"February Affiliate of the Month: Heatherdale Tennis Club"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Congratulations to the February 2023 Affiliate of the Month, Heatherdale Tennis Club.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Heatherdale Tennis Club recently upgraded eight of the courts to have LED\u2019s, to ensure they can use their facilities the best they can.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Due to the club\u2019s growth, the LED lights will enhance the experience at the club with more night tennis programs for more people.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Peter Clark, Treasurer of Heatherdale Tennis Club, has been instrumental in submitting all relevant documentation to funding bodies and has been well engaged with Tennis Victoria in collecting data.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">The project was almost completely funded through grants, with most coming from the Sustainability Victoria\u2019s Community Climate Change and Action Program.
