His proposal for an All Abilities Tennis Program, to have a genuinely inclusive club environment, inspired the committee. Paul set the vision and assigned tasks for each member to contribute to achieving it.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:288}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Paul has brought together a group of individuals (committee and members) and created a tennis club that is making tremendous, positive change for people with disabilities. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:288}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Paul has made a significant impact on Ferntree Gully Tennis Club, not only with the All Abilities program, but also instigating and co-ordinating the completion of the two new hard courts.
