At Tennis Victoria we want to help clubs provide the best experience, increase their membership revenue, and make sure current & future players in Australia can easily find Tennis online.<\/p>\n
For this reason, the use of My Tennis\u00a0will cease for consumer-facing club membership.<\/p>\n
From June 30, 2022, clubs will no longer be able to offer memberships through My Tennis as we\u00a0transition\u00a0club membership through\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0ClubSpark\u00a0platform.<\/p>\n
By transitioning to\u00a0ClubSpark\u00a0from My Tennis, we have more resources to invest in improving and supporting systems\u00a0which are more agile and\u00a0give a better user experience both from a club administrator and consumer experience.<\/p>\n
ClubSpark\u00a0is a venue management system that\u00a0Victorian\u00a0club administrators are using to create and manage membership packages, as well as\u00a0online court bookings, club events\u00a0and programs, websites\u00a0and managing club contacts\u00a0in one program.<\/p>\n
If your club has not already made the transition, we\u00a0will support clubs to adapt and transfer their members from My Tennis\u00a02\u00a0to\u00a0ClubSpark.<\/p>\n
