Tennis Victoria would like to congratulate the junior athletes who are competing in the 2021 National Claycourt Championships, which begin this week at Canberra Tennis World.<\/p>\n

21 players from across Victoria will compete over the next six days in both singles and doubles in either the 12 & under or 14 & under categories.<\/p>\n

Tournament director Francis Soyer said he is excited at the prospect of hosting the first National Junior Championships event since the December Showdown in 2019.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe know a lot of players that have been accepted or who qualified over the past few weeks are excited to travel and see how they match-up against the best players in their age group, many they have not seen for quite some time.”<\/p>\n
