February"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><em>Players selected to represent Victoria or Australia in prestigious Teams events:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>John Peers represented Australia in the Davis Cup Rd 1 World Group Tie vs Germany in Qld<\/li>\n<li>Destanee Aiava was selected to represent Australia in the Fed Cup Round 1 World Group II Tie, defeating Ukraine<\/li>\n<li>Daria Gavrilova was selected to represent Australia in the Fed Cup Round 1 World Group II Tie, defeating Ukraine<\/li>\n<li>Amor Jasika, Cooper White, Darcy Nicholls and Luke Vuletic were all selected to represent Victoria in the Sproule Stevens Cup (14\/u boys\u2019 event) in the 12\/u and 14\/u Australian Team Championships at the December Showdown and won the event<\/li>\n<li>Stefi Webb, Roisin Gilheany, Grace Darcy and Harriet Stewart were all selected to represent Victoria in the Margaret Court Cup (12\/u girls event) in the Australian Team Championships at the December Showdown<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>Victorians who shone at Grand Slams:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dylan Alcott won an unprecedented 4<sup>th<\/sup> consecutive AO Quad Wheelchair Singles title and also won the Quad Wheelchair Doubles title, with fellow Victorian, Heath Davidson.<\/li>\n<li>Sam Groth, in his last professional tournament and with partner Lleyton Hewitt, reached the Qtr-finals of the AO Men\u2019s Doubles<\/li>\n<li>Marc Polmans, with partner Storm Sanders (QLD), reached the Qtr-finals of the AO Mixed Doubles<\/li>\n<li>Heath Davidson won the Quad Wheelchair Doubles title, with fellow Victorian, Dylan Alcott<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>Victorians who won at ITF Tournaments (Open &amp;
