Victoria had plenty to smile about on Monday night at the 2016 Australian Tennis Awards.\u00a0Double Olympic gold medallist Dylan Alcott<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>was named the 2016 Newcombe Medallist, which capped off a brilliant night for Victoria.<\/p>\n

Earlier in the night, Alcott was named a joint winner with Heath Davidson <\/a><\/strong>for the Most Outstanding Athlete with a Disability for the pair’s gold medal performance at the Rio Paralympics.<\/p>\n

East Malvern Tennis Club<\/strong>\u00a0were named Most Outstanding Club while the Ferntree Gully Kia MUSTA Silver AMT<\/strong> took home the Most Outstanding Australian Ranking Tournament.<\/p>\n
