However the score wasn\u2019t reflective of the match,\u00a0as 3 of the 4 singles rubbers were extended to a third set in a titanic battle, with Dingley ultimately prevailing.<\/p>\n<p>The win signals back-to-back Pennant titles for the men&#8217;s Dingley team, with\u00a0an impressive record having won\u00a03 of the previous\u00a04 year&#8217;s titles, with\u00a0Glenburn stopping the four-peat by claiming\u00a0the 2014 title.<\/p>\n<p>The Women\u2019s final saw the two Kooyong Lawn Tennis Club\u00a0teams go head-to-head after both recorded impressive semifinal victories over Hepner Place Indoor and Royal South Yarra.<\/p>\n<p>In the final, Kooyong Lawn No. 1 team prevailed against Kooyong Lawn No. 2, 5 rubbers to 0, with Molly Polak spearheading the team with impressive results as the number 1 player.<\/p>\n<p>The Pennant finals series will continue\u00a0this Saturday 3 September with 7 Grand Finals.
