{"id":9570,"date":"2020-11-24T16:45:05","date_gmt":"2020-11-24T05:45:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tennis.com.au\/tas\/?p=9570"},"modified":"2020-11-24T16:45:07","modified_gmt":"2020-11-24T05:45:07","slug":"three-remain-in-finals-hunt-after-round-four-of-premier-league","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tennis.com.au\/tas\/news\/2020\/11\/24\/three-remain-in-finals-hunt-after-round-four-of-premier-league","title":{"rendered":"Three remain in finals hunt after Round Four of Premier League"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Geilston Bay Tennis Club<\/strong> played host to a high-scoring\nafternoon of SRT Logistics Premier League action, with a number of matchups\ngoing down to the wire on yet another sunny Saturday in the south.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sunshine <\/strong><em>Main St. Financial Solutions<\/em> produced the upset of the day, claiming their maiden win of the inaugural season over a more-fancied <strong>Glenorchy <\/strong><em>Stringlab <\/em>outfit to rocket into fourth place on the ladder with one round to play.\u00a0 Shaun Thomas was pivotal for the victors in his league debut, with Edison Lee and Rowan Kerr providing strong doubles support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Geilston Bay <\/strong><em>Tassie Awards &amp; Trophies<\/em> battled hard to take the points over <strong>Domain <\/strong><em>Two-Folk Espresso<\/em>, with the settled lineup of Sam Edgar, Jack Derrick and George Anderson yet again paying dividends to ensure the Eastern Shore side remains in second place with one round of competition to go.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Domain <\/strong><em>Whisk &amp; Co Caf\u00e9<\/em> remain undefeated after claiming the narrowest of wins over <strong>Geilston Bay <\/strong><em>Ace Tennis Coaching<\/em>, with just a single game the difference between the two sides.
