On a hot, sunny day at the Domain Tennis Centre Ho took the first set before fading to a 3-6 6-3 6-2 loss. It was a great end to a successful weekend for the third seeded Dugan, who despite playing through some niggling injuries was able to defeat the number 2 seed, Richard Wynwood and the number 1 seed Ho in consecutive matches.<\/p>\n<p>Alyssa Hibberd took out her third Tasmanian tournament this year with a straights set victory over Victorian Bianca Horsley. \u00a0Despite a strong showing from Horsley, Hibberd was able to take the match 6-2 6-4 to her continue her successful year.<\/p>\n<p>Over the weekend the Tasmanian Junior Masters was also held at the Domain Tennis Centre with record numbers and great weather seeing a very successful tournament run.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The champions at the 2010 Tasmanian Junior Masters:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>U10 Singles: <\/strong>Henry Ostler<br \/>\n<strong>U10 Doubles: <\/strong>Henry Ostler &amp; Thomas Shaddock<br \/>\n<strong>U12 Boys Singles: <\/strong>\u00a0Jamie Sekulovski (Vic)<br \/>\n<strong>U12 Girls Singles: <\/strong>Catherine Krueger<br \/>\n<strong>U12 Boys Doubles: <\/strong>Nicholas Fader &amp; Thomas Youl<br \/>\n<strong>U12 Girls Singles: <\/strong>Nancy Brown &amp; Jessie Mount<br \/>\n<strong>U16 Boys Singles: <\/strong>Alex Wolff<br \/>\n<strong>U16 Girls Singles: <\/strong>Georgina Jupp (Vic)<br \/>\n<strong>U16 Boys Doubles: <\/strong>Elliot Johnstone &amp; Alex Wolff<br \/>\n<strong>U16 Girls Singles: <\/strong>Jessica Brzozowska &amp; Marta Brzozowska<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Victoria&#8217;s Lance Dugan has taken out the 2010 Tasmanian Open defeating number 1 seed Ken Ho in a tightly contested 3 set final.
