This can be used across multiple year levels in Primary and introduces teamwork and projection skills.<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span>Define a playing area with cones, or just use the open space.\u00a0<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li><span>Students form pairs and are positioned in a safe space opposite each other approximately one metre apart with one tennis ball.<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li><span>Student 1 projects the ball with an underarm throwing action towards Student 2, both students clap once, allow the ball to bounce and Student 2 catches the ball.<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li><span>After successfully completing this sequence, Student 2 then returns the ball to Student 1 with the same action, however both students then attempt to clap twice.<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li><span>Students alternate the underarm throw and attempt to complete as many \u2018clap sequences\u2019 as possible.<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span>Tip: Progression can be that the ball is not permitted to bounce.
