\/>\nNational Reconciliation Week<\/strong> is underway, with the 2021 theme being <em><strong>More than a word<\/strong><\/em>.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"o9v6fnle cxmmr5t8 oygrvhab hcukyx3x c1et5uql ii04i59q\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">Reconciliation takes action, urging the reconciliation movement towards braver and more impactful action.\u00a0 Tennis Tasmania is committed to supporting NRW and the principles for which it stands.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"o9v6fnle cxmmr5t8 oygrvhab hcukyx3x c1et5uql ii04i59q\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">We have committed to developing a formal <strong>Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP)<\/strong> with the aim of supporting our tennis community in developing an environment that fosters higher levels of knowledge and pride in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander histories, cultures and contributions, for the benefit of our whole community.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><strong><br \/>\nTennis Australia<\/strong> in conjunction with its Member Associations want to continue to provide more accessibility and opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders to participate and engage in tennis through educating clubs and coaches, enhancing talent identification, providing pathway opportunities, creating more playing opportunities through community events and tournaments and providing funding for Indigenous tennis
