Our "learning through play" philosophy ensures students are constantly engaged.
Both components average 500 contacts (interactions with the ball) in a 45-minute lesson. This equates to approximately 5–6 times more than a “traditional” tennis lesson where students often spend extended periods of time waiting. The constant movement and repetitive actions ensure that students are achieving a great workout while being introduced to tennis.
Each component of the Tennis in Secondary Schools program uses modified equipment, smaller courts, racquets and low-compression balls to ensure that students enjoy the best learning environment.
