Over 32 South Australian athletes and 5 coaches travelled to Queensland in June\/July to compete in varying tournaments that included 2 Platinum AMT\u2019s,\u00a02 Grade four ITF\u2019s, a Platinum Junior State Championship and a Gold Junior tournament. Over the 6 tournaments in Queensland, South Australians produced some fantastic results taking out 5 singles titles, 6 doubles titles, 5 runner up\u2019s in singles and 3 runner up\u2019s in doubles.<\/p>\n

National Academy Manager SA\/NT Rohan Fisher was thrilled with the results. \u201cWe have had a fairly interrupted training block in Adelaide this winter with weather, so these results are quite outstanding\u201d Fisher stated. National Academy Head Coach SA Milo Bradley believes \u201cthis is the best team tour performance\u201d during his time in SA. Bradley wasparticularly upbeat on the results in Queensland due to the spread of results between females and males and also that the results were achieved throughout all age categories.<\/p>\n
