The program is designed to increase knowledge and skills around alcohol management for community sporting clubs, and is an important resource to help clubs minimise risk, be more aware of duty of care obligations and better understand liquor licencing obligations. Clubs don\u2019t need to have alcohol issues or even a liquor licence to become involved, and Good Sports helps clubs positively promote the good things they are already doing.<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tennis.com.au\/sa\/files\/2014\/10\/Good-Sports-help-perform-SA-2013.pdf\" target=\"_blank\"><br \/>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<h5>New General Code or Practice &amp; upcoming Liquor Licensing forum<\/h5>\n<p>The introduction of the New General Code of Practice in 2013 has meant some significant Liquor Licensing changes for licensed venues in SA. Good Sports has been working closely with local sporting clubs and Consumer &amp; Business Services to help clubs reduce risk and ensure compliance.
