Cardio Tennis is a fun, social, group tennis-fitness program for people of all ages and abilities.\u00a0 It\u2019s more about getting a great, high-energy workout than pure tennis technique.<\/p>\n

Tennis Australia qualified coaches* are invited to attend the upcoming ‘Cardio Tennis, Keeping it Fresh’ workshop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

Any qualified or trainee coach member that attends with or on behalf of their Head Cardio Tennis coach will recieve a complimentary Cardio Tennis Assistant Coach upgrade (valued at $150) including<\/p>\n
