Across the state, in the women\u2019s event, West Australian <strong>Bojana Bobusic<\/strong> was also victorious, collecting her first Pro Tour title at the <strong>City of Mount Gambier Blue Lake International<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Look, the No. 3 seed, defeated local Adelaide qualifier <strong>Colin Ebelthite<\/strong> 6-4 6-4 to win the Championship.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The 23-year-old had a magical week of tennis, defeating <strong>Nathan Willis<\/strong> (Qld) 6-2 6-0 in the first round. He knocked out Great Britain\u2019s <strong>Richard Gabb<\/strong> in three sets 6-4 6-7(8) 6-3 and <strong>Toby Martin<\/strong> 6-4 6-4 in the quarter finals. Look ousted No.7 seeded New Zealander <strong>Jose Statham<\/strong>\u00a0 6-3 6-3 to reach the final.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Ebelthite cruised through the tournament without dropping a set before going down to Look in the final.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI felt great this morning. Today was the best I\u2019ve felt, I was seeing the ball really well, my serve and my groundstrokes were going well.\u00a0 Overall I\u2019m extremely happy with my performance, probably one of the best matches I\u2019ve played all year,\u201d Michael Look said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I was really hoping to finish the year inside the top 400, this second win has guaranteed that, so I am extremely happy.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Look praised the new facilities at Happy Valley Tennis Club.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe conditions this week were amazing. The weather was perfect and the wind was down. The brand new courts at Happy Valley Tennis Club were playing fantastically.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In the men\u2019s doubles final, No.3 seeds <strong>Robert McKenzie<\/strong> (Vic) and <strong>John Peers <\/strong>(Vic) defeated No.4 seeds <strong>Jack Schipanski<\/strong> (SA) and <strong>Li Tu<\/strong> (SA) to take their second Pro Tour title in a matter of weeks 6-4 6-2.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In the women\u2019s event, the 22<sup>nd<\/sup> annual <strong>City of Mount Gambier Blue Lake International <\/strong>saw No. 8 seed <strong>Bojana Bobusic<\/strong> take her first Pro Tour title by defeating Korean <strong>Sung-Hee Han<\/strong> 6-3 6-2.<strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>After her narrow loss to <strong>Olivia Rogowska<\/strong> in Port Pirie last week, Bobusic capitalised on her top form to take the title effortlessly yesterday. Bobusic did not lose a set on her run to the final. The first round saw her whistle past <strong>Ashley Keir<\/strong> (ACT) 6-2 6-1. She went on to beat <strong>Karolina Wlodarczak <\/strong>(Vic) 6-4 6-3 before knocking out New Zealander and No. 3 seed <strong>Sacha Jones<\/strong> 6-4 7-5. The semi then saw her defeat, for a second week in a row, No. 2 seed <strong>Isabella Holland <\/strong>(Qld) 6-2 6-3.<\/p>\n<p>Though the win hasn\u2019t sunk in for Bobusic, she was thrilled to have won her first Pro Tour title.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI played well and I\u2019m really happy to get the win,\u201d Bojana Bobusic said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt hasn\u2019t really sunk in yet, but coming off last week and not being able to get the win and having made a couple of other finals this year, I\u2019m just really excited and happy I could come away with it today.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tyra Calderwood<\/strong> (NSW) and <strong>Stephanie Bengson<\/strong> (NSW) took out the women\u2019s doubles title after No. 2 seeds <strong>Sally Peers <\/strong>(Vic) and <strong>Isabella Holland<\/strong> (Qld) withdrew due to injury.\u00a0<strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The <strong>City of Onkaparinga International <\/strong>and<strong> City of Mount Gambier Blue Lake International <\/strong>are part of the 2011 \u2013 2012 Australian Pro Tour, a series of professional tennis events that bridge junior events and the ATP\/WTA Tour, providing an opportunity for players to earn their first world ranking points.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>For more information on the tournaments, the 2011 \u2013 2012 Australian Pro Tour, Tennis Australia or the players, visit <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tennis.com.au\/\">www.tennis.com.au<\/a>.
