With twelve outdoor hard courts, a strong community of players of all levels, and a supportive, professional environment, Tennis World offers you the opportunity to grow your skills, inspire athletes, and be part of one of Adelaide\u2019s leading tennis destinations. \u00a0We&#8217;re currently looking for a Senior Tennis Coach to join our team on a casual basis (approx. 10-15 hours Monday to Thursday).<\/p>\n<p>Reporting to the Head Coach, Tennis World Millswood, you will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Aim to promote a quality and enriching coaching experience for each student, each lesson.<\/li>\n<li>Actively involve all students on court and identify areas or improvement or skill development.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver quality programs and performance outcomes across a range of Tennis World Programs (Schools Programming, Holiday Camps, Tennis Hot Shots, Cardio Tennis etc).<\/li>\n<li>Offer recommendations to support the overall wellbeing of the commercial viability of Tennis World.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with junior coaches to grow and develop their coaching abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and improve standards of professionalism and excellence that reflect a high-performance culture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>About you<\/b><\/p>\n<p>With a passion for tennis and a strong desire to contribute to the growth of our game, you will possess significant experience coaching players of all ages and abilities.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, you will bring:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tennis Australia Junior Development qualification OR be willing to obtain<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of best practice coaching, both Australian &amp; international<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience working with all ages and abilities (e.g. pre-schoolers through to adults)<\/li>\n<li>Highly effective organisational and communication skills with the ability to be creative in program creation and implementation<\/li>\n<li>Experience in team leadership and the ability to create an inclusive environment<\/li>\n<li>Must hold or be willing to obtain Tennis Australia Coach Membership and first aid certification<\/li>\n<li>You must hold (or be willing to obtain) a current <b>Police Check<\/b> and <b>Woking with Children Check<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What\u2019s in it for you?<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Career development with a range of formal education and on the job training opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Monthly health &amp; wellbeing activities through our Thrive program<\/li>\n<li>Salary packaging &amp; a range of discounts from our sponsorship partners<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply<\/b><\/p>\n<p>If you think you\u2019re up to the challenge, we\u2019d love to hear from you!\u00a0 You can find a copy of the position description <a href=\"https:\/\/spaces.hightail.com\/receive\/ddM1OfkgK9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">here<\/a>.\u00a0 Please submit your resume and cover letter via our <a href=\"https:\/\/tennis.wd3.myworkdayjobs.com\/en-US\/ta_careers\/details\/Tennis-World---Senior-Tennis-Coach_R3713\">online application system<\/a>.
