After reaching his first boys&#8217; Slam final at the <strong>Australian<\/strong> <strong>Open<\/strong> in 2011, he went even further at <strong>Wimbledon<\/strong>, where he and future world No.1 <strong>Ash<\/strong> <strong>Barty<\/strong> dominated their respective singles events. Six months later, Saville captured his first boys&#8217; Australian Open title, becoming the first local player to win it since <strong>Bernard<\/strong> <strong>Tomic<\/strong> four years earlier.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019ve been a good role model for the next generation,\u201d he said. \u201cThat\u2019s probably what I\u2019m most proud of. It\u2019s not the achievements and wins and losses but how I\u2019ve conducted myself on the journey. Super proud to finish it. What an occasion to play on Rod Laver Arena for my last match.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Saville has represented <strong>South<\/strong> <strong>Australia<\/strong> at various national tournaments, his early wins in doubles competitions at state and national levels helped him build his reputation. His doubles success, including titles at the local level, was crucial in transitioning him into a successful double\u2019s specialist on the ATP Tour. He has also competed in the 2021 <strong>Adelaide<\/strong> <strong>International<\/strong>, where he participated in the doubles event.
