Over 65 tennis clubs have already signed up to open their doors to the general public throughout 2011 Tennis Month (20 August \u2013 25 September) as part of the Tennis SA\u2019s \u2018Come and Try Day\u2019<\/em><\/strong> initiative.<\/p>\n

The \u2018Come and Try\u2019 day concept was introduced by Tennis SA to welcome members of the public to their local tennis club. \u00a0Players of all ages and abilities, from junior hot shots to social warriors and seasoned campaigners, are invited to visit tennis.com.au\/sa <\/a>and locate their local participating \u2018Come and Try Day\u2019 venue.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Alistair MacDonald, Tennis SA CEO says \u201cTennis continues to be recognised as the sport that Australian\u2019s are most interested in, demonstrating how accessible the sport is in South Australia.<\/p>\n

The \u2018Come and Try\u2019 day is a great opportunity for people to get active and transform their interest in the game of tennis into action on the court at their local tennis club\u201d.<\/p>\n
