World No.1 II-1 player Archie Graham, <\/strong>along with Carla Lenarduzzi, <\/strong>won the open singles titles at the Peter Smith Players with an Intellectual Impairment (PWII) Open\u00a0<\/strong>at Next Generation Memorial Drive last weekend.<\/p>\n

The Peter Smith Players with an Intellectual Impairment (PWII) Open is a tournament for people with an intellectual disability and\/or Autism. The tournament is a signature series event which leads in to the Australian Tennis Championships<\/strong> held in Melbourne in November.<\/p>\n

Both Graham and Lenarduzzi were a part of the Australian team at the Virtus European Summer Games in Vichy, France earlier this year.<\/p>\n

The Virtus Global Games is the world\u2019s largest elite sporting event for athletes with an intellectual impairment, including autism, and only takes place every four years.<\/p>\n
