Glenlea went on to win both doubles matches and claim the premiership.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEveryone really dug deep today and Memorial Drive put up a good fight. It was great that it came down to the doubles and I am really happy we were able to get through,\u201d Glenlea team captain,\u00a0<strong>Mia Tsoukalas\u00a0<\/strong>said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s great to win our fourth premiership in a row. We knew coming in to the season that we really wanted to get it done, but you never know what to expect. We had a really great group of girls this year, so to be able to do it all together was really good.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt was so much fun to play here at The Drive. It was a really great event and the new facilities are awesome.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In the men\u2019s competition, Peake Gardens Riverside took an unassailable lead after the singles to defeat Trinity Gardens and claim the premiership, their first at State League level.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt feels great to claim the first State League premiership for Peake Gardens,\u201d Peake Gardens Riverside team captain,\u00a0<strong>Sean Van Rensburg\u00a0<\/strong>said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s something we\u2019ve always wanted to do and we had plenty of support from the club to get to this position. We\u2019ve done well to split the load across all of our players and we\u2019ve really worked together to win.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt was really cool to play here today, it\u2019s great that so many people came out and supported really loudly, it felt really professional.
