{"id":27834,"date":"2022-11-30T13:42:51","date_gmt":"2022-11-30T03:12:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tennis.com.au\/sa\/?p=27834"},"modified":"2022-11-30T13:42:51","modified_gmt":"2022-11-30T03:12:51","slug":"league-manager-and-match-centre-planned-outage","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tennis.com.au\/sa\/news\/2022\/11\/30\/league-manager-and-match-centre-planned-outage","title":{"rendered":"League Manager and Match Centre planned outage"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Please see below some important information regarding a planned outage to <strong>League Manager <\/strong>and <strong>Match Centre<\/strong>\u00a0between <strong>4:00 pm on Friday 2 December<\/strong> and <strong>11:00 pm on Sunday 4 December<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Our Tennis Tech team is required\u00a0to perform critical works to ensure the ongoing security and stability of our systems.<\/p>\n<p>During this time, there will be no access to League Manager or Match Centre and we advise that you prepare in the following ways:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Email your clubs\/players and advise them that they will not be able to access Match Centre or League Manager during the outage<\/li>\n<li>Let them know that they should\u00a0print their scorecards prior to the outage for any affected days<\/li>\n<li>If fill-in players are known prior to the outage, get them to register beforehand or if unknown, make sure they register\u00a0on the Monday following the outage<\/li>\n<li>Get everyone to record\u00a0all match results on the physical scorecard (and make sure they keep them)<\/li>\n<li>Enter all match results once the system is restored on Monday.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We apologise for the inconvenience and are here to help you prepare.
