32 players from across the six regional areas took part in a Super 11s event alongside the 2021 ANZ Mobile Lending State Foundation Cup. Teams were named after Australian tennis players and consisted of four players from different regions, with a mix of boys and girls.<\/p>\n

Day one saw players enjoy a training session in perfect conditions.<\/p>\n

The teams played three rounds of matches on day two. All matches were extremely close with players showing exceptional sportsmanship.<\/p>\n

Day two also included a dress up round where players dressed up as tennis legends and a project round which showed fantastic effort and creativity as players brought in their artwork based around their team namesakes (Bowrey, Fitzgerald, Goolagong-Cawley, Hewitt, Molik, Newcombe, Rafter, Turnbull).<\/p>\n

After a fantastic four days, Team Molik was announced as the winning team, with Team Hewitt a close second. An additional 16 players also received awards for sportsmanship, best on ground and best team person.<\/p>\n
