These individuals are also responsible for providing information about a person\u2019s rights and responsibilities and options available when making a complaint or raising a concern, as well as support during the process.<\/p>\n<p>This is an excellent training opportunity for club MPIO\u2019s, Child Safe Officers or club members with an interest to fulfill this role.
