Held annually, this is the first time the event has been held in Australia.<\/p>\n<p>Countries send teams of eight competitors aged 13-18 who take part in two 5-hour long exams (one theory and one practical) with gold, silver and bronze medals awarded.<\/p>\n<p>As part of their offsite activities, students took part in a sporting experience at Adelaide Oval, with Tennis SA providing a Tennis in Secondary Schools experience, alongside SANFL and Adelaide Oval tours.<\/p>\n<p>Thank you to the APhO for inviting us to be a part of their event.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tennis SA was pleased to be a part of the 20th Asian Physics Olympiad (APhO) on Thursday afternoon.
